Here is a doily by Jean Younkin that I got from Maus' pages a long while back. I used Altin Basak threads in pink, green and ecru. It's really small, only 6 3/4 by 4 1/2.
Since we were discussing what we should do with tatting we don't display, I thought I'd share one from my stash.

I'm in my 70's and have enough tatting thread, books and supplies to last until I'm 242 1/2...
My DW has enough cloth, thread and patterns to last about that long. She and her sisters joke about 'Whoever dies with the most cloth and patterns, wins.'
I am working on my tatting thread and shuttle collection but don't have enough to get to 125 yet. I am working on it though.
I really enjoy looking at your work. Keep at it and keep posting the results. Very encouraging to us younger folks.

Hi Terry, I really like the bells and the heart. Guess I'm going to have to buy that book! I love this little doily. Is the pattern in a book that I can purchase?
Thanks.
